Shipping policy

Briar Rose Wire offers free shipping on all items within the UK. Shipping charges will apply outside of the UK. If you are unable to select your shipping location at the checkout, use our contact form and we can provide an individualised quote.

All Items on our store are hand crafted and are made-to-order, this takes approximately 2-3 weeks as standard. Once finished, Items are shipped on a signed for 2-3 day service with the Royal Mail meaning from the date of order, delivery will be made in approximately 2-3 weeks.  Shipping times can vary and so please refer to the shipping time advised at the checkout - this is always kept up to date (this will also be reflected in your order confirmation).

As items are shipped with a third party (Royal Mail), we are not able to guarantee the delivery day or time, however we hold ourselves to high standards and ensure all orders are shipped on time.
